I'm Heather.

I know that founders take significant personal and financial risks to start their businesses. And they add enormous value to the economy - generating trillions and employing more than half of the working population.

I also know that starting, growing and selling a business isn’t just a financial decision – it’s deeply personal.

I’ve been there. I’ve built and sold my own international marketing ageny that helped over 250 clients grow. I’ve acquired and integrated multiple businesses. I’ve led a £14m group of companies. I’ve forged strong relationships with brokers, advisors, lenders and investors. I’ve interviewed over 100 exited founders about their experiences. I’ve sat on boards. I’ve launched AI departments. I’ve led restructures, rebrands and major tech implementations.

I have an MBA and an MA in Psychology and I’ve spent over a year studying AI.

I bring everything I’ve learned over more than two decades of building, growing, (sometimes failing and rebuilding), learning and observing to your business. But perhaps more importantly, I care about founders’ wellbeing, work-life balance and their relationships with others in the business.
